1. Who We Are

Moceye ("we", "us") operates free browser-based tools and mini games, including Paper Doll Dress-Up and Spot the Difference. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What Data We Collect

We do not run accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking. Specifically:

No registration, no email collection, no names, no payment data.
No cookies are set by our pages.
Game progress, outfits, language preference and similar settings are stored only in your own browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.

3. Hosting Provider Logs

Our sites are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may transiently process technical connection data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver pages and protect the service. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not access, store, or combine such logs with any other data.

Because all game data lives in your browser and we collect no personal data on our servers, you can exercise most rights yourself at any time:

Access / portability — your game data is readable in your browser's local storage.
Erasure — clear your browser's site data for our domains and everything is permanently deleted.
Rectification / restriction / objection — as we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to correct or restrict; contact us if you believe otherwise.

Where the GDPR applies, our lawful basis for the transient hosting logs described above is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Your Rights under CCPA/CPRA (California)

Right to know / delete — we collect no personal information on our servers; local browser data can be deleted by clearing site data.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
Non-discrimination — exercising your rights will never affect the price or quality of our (free) services.

6. Children's Privacy

Our games are general-audience and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). No personal data is collected at all, from anyone.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
